It is definitely not fair, right nor acceptable that actors, cast and support staff be treated like worthless commodities by producers, directors and filming companies. An individual's health and well being are so much more important than monetary gain and completing deadlines. If the managers and people in charge are not concerned with the behind the scenes workers and actors then they are tyrants and evidently they don't realize that if it wasn't for the actors and stage crews the movie, TV and entertainment industry would not exist!!
